Yoga Leg Lifts
Practice this basic yoga exercise in order to strengthen the psoas muscles, which connect the legs to the body, and are responsible for posture in the body.
Mastering this exercise will also help you with other yoga postures. Good for beginners and more advanced practitioners. Demonstrated by Ruth and Mahashakti at Yoga Vidya Bad Meinberg.
