    Yoga legs-lift is a very useful exercise to flatten up lower part of your Abdomen and this is very informative video about how-to. All you need to do lie down on the floor flat with both of your arms by the side palms face against the floor. Now start breathing and get either of your leg up-to 90 degree making a right angle shape then exhale and lift your other leg in same fashion and just continue with this.
