The camel posture (Ustrasana) opens the front of your body and builds flexibility in your spine. Mentally/Emotionally the camel posture opens up your heart and creates a feeling of freedom.

    Yoga needs time and this types of exercise want proper time in a day. These types of exercise only those people can do who have much time in a day. Yoga also need guidence and mentor for that because it's hard to do alone without any instructions.
